- Vouchers
- If you have a voucher code, this can be entered on the check out page before proceeding to enter your address details. Once the code has been entered into the specified box, click the redeem voucher button and this will automatically deduct the voucher amount from your order sub total. Please note that the voucher will be deducted from the total product value only, any delivery charge will remain the same. Back to top

- Returns & Refunds Policy
- In the event that you receive an order and then decide you no longer want it, please contact us and return it within 7 working days, starting from the first working day after you receive the good, and we will give you a full refund within the next 30 days. Likewise, if you receive an order that is faulty, we will be happy to give you a full refund or send out a replacement, if you return the item within 7 working days from receipt of the good.

- You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).

- Where we deliver
- Currently, we only offer deliveries to the UK. All delivery charges on FunLooSeats, including our ‘free standard delivery over £50’ offer only cover the UK mainland. If you require a delivery outside mainland UK please contact us and we will be happy to make alternative arrangements. Areas which are considered outside of UK mainland, and will therefore incur additional charges include (but are not exclusive to): Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands. If you place an order for a location that requires additional payment, we will contact you to request payment over the telephone. For some non-mainland UK addresses, delivery may take 2-3 days longer than our advertised delivery times. Back to top
- Free Delivery
- Free delivery is available for all orders over the value of £50. All free delivery orders placed before 3pm are processed the same day and are delivered within 3-5 working days. Orders placed after 3pm are processed the following working day.
- Standard Delivery
- If you select the standard delivery option, your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed on the next working day and so therefore an extra day should be added to the delivery time.
The standard delivery option is available for all orders and costs £3.95.
- Delivery of your order
- Due to the large range of sizes of products offered by FunLooSeats.com, orders will be despatched either by courier or post.
Orders despatched by courier or Special Delivery will require a signature as proof of delivery, so please ensure that somebody is available to sign for the delivery. Back to top - International deliveries

- The safety of your credit/debit card details is guaranteed when you use FunLooSeats.com. We use Protx to process out credit/debit card orders – their secure server uses the latest measures to protect your security with 128-bit SSL software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order.
When you click on the 'Proceed' button you will see that the address changes to https://secure.picnicshop.co.uk followed by a very long series of characters. The https:// part of this address indicates that you are now on a secure server and it is further confirmed by the padlock logo (or key) appearing on the right hand side of your web browser.
In the unlikely event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card for a purchase at FunLooSeats.com, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00. To demonstrate our commitment to your safety, if your bank or card issuer holds you liable, FunLooSeats.com will cover your liability up to £50.00 provided that the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own.

- Our range includes a wide variety of toilet seats. We are able to offer discounted rates for our products when larger quantities are ordered.
On the delivery side, we are very flexible - we can easily handle the fulfilment of individual products for you or deliver the all the products to one address – which ever you prefer.

- There are many reasons for this to happen. The most common reason is that the cardholder’s address has not been entered correctly; this must match the address on your card statement. - Some of our items are made to order, and therefore, we cannot always guarantee next day delivery for these items.
